Flexitec 2020 can be laid as a 10 year system by applying one coat of fully reinforced Flexitec 2020 Resin at the required coverage rate. NB - The 10 year (one coat) application is only suitable for overlaying existing waterproof coverings and is not suitable for new decks (e.g. OSB3 or concrete) or porous surfaces.

Flexitec 2020 can be laid as a 20 year system by applying a second coat of Flexitec 2020 Resin (no additional reinforcement) at a coverage rate of 0.7 kg/m2 over the first coat. The second coat should be applied ideally within 48 hours.

Flexitec 2020 is rapid curing with an extra-tough finish, 30-60 minute walk-over time. It can be applied to almost any roof surfaces including felt, asphalt, concrete, GRP, PVC single-ply, metal details and approved insulation boards.

Flexitec 2020 is highly flexible and suitable for any size or shape roof without the need for expansion joints. This is suitable for application in temperatures as low as 5°C (0°C using accelarator) and as high as 30°C and is a totally seamless membrane no joints, no welds, no weak points.
